A little bit about me.  I’m Deborah Stott and I’m pretty much obsessed with weddings!  Apart from my obsession with weddings, I’m also a very happy mum to my gorgeous Son, Harry and girlfriend to my perfect partner, Russell.

I run a wedding photography studio in the heart of Staffordshire.  In my career I’ve traveled to many countries to photograph people in love.   I have photographed weddings in Scotland, France, Italy, The Amalfi coast and last year I got to photograph a beautiful couple in a monastery in Switzerland. I don’t mind the traveling because in the end I get this opportunity to create something really special and something that truly matters to people.   It really doesn’t get much better than that!

I truly believe in connecting with my couples before the weddings, which is why I offer the pre wedding shoots. We also have lots of opportunities to meet beforehand to talk about your wedding day, your preferences and answer any questions you may have. To me, perfect preparations are as important as the post processing of your photographs. Its all about storytelling. It’s about recording events and observing what happens. And always being ready for that crucial moment.

Why do I love it so much? Basically photographing people is what I do best and being able to do it for a living is a true privilege. I have been featured in many magazines and lots of wedding blog sites such as Rock my Wedding & Brides Up North. I was also short listed for the regions Wedding Industry Awards Best Photographer category in 2014.
