Stott Weddings is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  When completing my Contact Form I will ask for information that can identify including your name, email address and telephone number.  This is purely so that I can contact you with further details of the wedding photography services that you are interested in.  I will not use your details for anything other than replying to you.

What I collect

Your Name

Your email address

What I do with this information

Your email will sit quietly in my inbox.  If you decide to book me for your wedding then I will add your details to some very cool management software called 17Hats, who are also GDPR compliant.  I will also print out the contract which then sits on my shelf in the studio.  This is just to ensure that I always have the details of your wedding day regardless of whether gremlins get into the system.

As we all know there are some really bored and unsavoury people out there who try to steal things. I do my best to keep your information and my website secure. I will delete all of your information after 6 months of delivering your images.

Cookies are for eating with a nice cup of tea, but they are also on this website to help with your browsing experience. You will be notified when you first visit.

Links to other web sites

If, for some reason you decide to leave my web site via a link to another web site; and that web site then breaks your computer, I cannot be held responsible.

Access Requests

If you are ever curious about the information that I hold on you (it will only be what you have told me in the contact form or the contract) then you can request this in writing via email.
