As most of you know, I shoot most of my weddings at the best venue in the country, The Ashes in Endon, Staffordshire. Well they now have a sister venue, which is based in Northampton, called Dodford Manor. It’s a magnificent Georgian Grade II listed family home with caringly converted 16th century barns. I was thrilled to be asked to take some photos of their very first tasting day at the weekend and it was a great day. Sitting in the inner courtyard it felt like a summers day! It was gorgeous. It was also a pleasure to see some of the local suppliers too, like Lady Jane’s cakes, Manic Botanic, Paul Martyn, Jenkinsons caterers and Francis Peel (Dodford Manor Cellar).
